Q&A

Cancelling my subscription.

It's easy to do! Simply head to "my profile" in dropdown menu and click the cancel subscription button. If you cancel before your next payment is due (hopefully because all times tables are learnt) we will not charge you again.

What are our progress reports?

We will let you know via email when your child has completed a level in both X tables and facts. Great time to shoot some quick times tables questions - kids love showing you what they know.

Why can my child win some money?

One of the most important factors of memorising anything is practice, practice, practice. That is why TF is always working hard to find ways to incentivise your kids to learn. We know one thing for sure - all kids love learning funny & £££!

What is the VIP area?

Our VIP area is a space where we automatically run monthly competitions and send lucky dip prizes to our top performers. You must be a VIP member to be in the running - works a treat!

What is my free tutorial?

A one on one tutorial through skype, facetime or phone to help you find ways to inspire your little learner.
